Filleting Course



Join Paul for an evening of knife skills. In an evening you will learn to fillet 1x flat fish, 1x mackerel and 1x sea bass plus how to shuck an oyster!

This is a relaxed learning experience so wine will be provided upon arrival.

Courses will take place on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. Please let us know in the order comments which Tuesday evening you would like to attend!
